I left something in the locker. Can I reopen my locker before the end of my reservation?
Of course, you have a key that allows you to return to your locker and open or close it as many times as you want. Don’t worry if you leave something inside.
How much does it cost to leave your luggage in a left-luggage office in Granada?
The price of the locker depends on the volume of your belongings, and the amount of time you want to leave them stored. Prices for leaving your luggage for a full day can range from €4.90 to €10.90.
Can I store bulky luggage in your luggage room?
Contact us if your luggage is bulky or needs special treatment, we will try to find the best possible solution for you to store it safely.
Can I be left without a locker if I have not reserved it in advance?
Although it is not common to run out of space in our locker, it is always a possibility. Therefore, we recommend purchasing and reserving your ticket in advance to enjoy your trip with total peace of mind and avoid last minute surprises.
What happens if something is stolen from my locker?
Our locker is guarded all day long, so it is difficult for them to come and steal. In any case, all luggage stored in our luggage room is insured up to 150 € per suitcase in case of theft, damage or loss.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation without any problem, as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, otherwise you will be charged for the service.
What objects can I not store in the lockers?
For security reasons, we do not accept dangerous objects, illegal objects (stolen items, drugs, weapons, ammunition, etc.), flammable objects, hazardous substances, polluting material, animals or any other type of living being, perishable food, or high-value items such as jewelry or cash.
Are the slogans of Galería Flamenca safe?
Yes, they are guarded throughout the day and the premises are never left alone, there are always people working. Even so, if you are not confident enough or you are afraid of losing something, you should know that all luggage stored in our lockers has an insurance that covers up to 150€ per package.
Can I use the locker for a third party to pick up what I have deposited?
No, it is prohibited. To avoid bad practices or misunderstandings, only the same person who has left his or her luggage in the luggage room can pick it up again, exceptions will only be made in very extreme cases.
How can I pay for the locker service?
We accept cash and credit card payments. You can also pay in advance if you book online.
Is there a maximum size for belongings?
We accept most standard sizes of suitcases and backpacks. If you have an object that is particularly large, delicate, or needs special treatment, we recommend that you contact us for prior consultation.
